This one year full-time course (3 Days per week - Mon to Wed) provides students with the necessary skills for direct entry into a wide range of employment including Banking, Insurance, Commercial, and Service industries, HSE, Public Service and Local Government. Students must have completed a linked QQI Level 5 course. Students will have the opportunity to advance to management and administrative positions within these organisations.
Help students develop the essential skills and techniques which form the basis for a career in industry, commerce or the public service. The course comprises both theoretical and practical modules, and students will gain an understanding of Business Management.
QQI Level 6 Award in Tourism with Business (6M5012)
Career opportunities in the following areas become accessible through the progression routes from this course to third-level colleges. Requirements for progression may change or new progression paths become available. Modules may also need to change to facilitate learner needs.
